Is this some sort of bucket list? I hope you aren't planning on popping your clogs sometime soon, as this is rather a long To Do list.

Inca Trail - I should point out high pass is something around 4400 metres I believe. Knowing how much you loved the altitude on Toubkal, you might want to rethink that one?

What about cycling in Sri Lanka? I've signed you up for trip next April.

South Georgia?
Antarctica?

Maybe you could add another section on wildlife you'd like to see.... Blue Whales, Humback Whales breaching, Polar Bears

Only the Indonesian part of Borneo? Think the Malaysian parts might be a better bet. That's where Mount Kinabalu is for instance..
